I bought this for my wife, who followed the instructions precisely. It worked fine for 7 days, and then...stopped. You push the "on" button and nothing happens. This is just a cheap piece of junk.

I did a lot of research and this was the best quality and value I could find in a milk frother. I had never used one before. It is simple and easy to clean and makes every day coffee a lot more fun! I even "froth" my half and half!

Worked well when I first got it, but after about two months it's stopped working entirely. I wouldn't recommend this product even if you're not interested in it for longevity because it holds a very small amount and is only good for one person.

I have also had the handheld frothers and would recommend them rather than the warmer/frother combination
