The Canari Men's Eclipse II Cycling Shell is a super lightweight, packable, convertible Cycling Shell that will protect you against the elements. The WindShear fabric is lightweight, which means it won't get in your way. It's also windproof and water-repellent. There is a full zipper at the center front that features a draft flap to keep out the wind and rain. It's got a 9" back zippered pocket that converts to a stuff sack with waist attachments. Other features include zip off sleeves that converts the jacket into a vest, two side zipper hand pockets, a back drop tail for added coverage, and drawstring bottom hem. We supposingly bought a yellow jacket named canari as it looks in the picture. Surprise, surprise, the jacket was blue. We couldn't return it since we live outside the US and it was send through a business courier.

Even though this product appears to be deigned for cyclists, as a runner, this wind proof shell is ideal for me or for walkers.
Its lightweight, has lots of pockets, becomes a vest, if need be and while I'm on a long run and get to hot, its easy to roll up or wrap it around my waist.

I would recommend this product even on very cold days. You can wear warmer running clothes under the shell and easily shed it when necessary.
